The Florida Department of Law Enforcement purchased a Nyxcell cell site simulator and a FalcoNet airborne cell-site simulator. The cell-site simulator is part of a $3.13 million package for "confidential hardware and software" from Cognyte. Previously, the agency acquired a Stingray II cell-site simulator from Harris Corp. in 2011.
